xfce4-settings - Settings Manager
The Settings Manager is an application that contains a link for all of the Xfce settings dialogs. Some of these dialogs will be embedded in the Settings Manager window. If that does not fit, the Settings Manager will show scroll-bars to reach the hidden portions of the dialog.
Available command line options

- Settings dialog to show

For xfce4-settings-manager -d <value>

This will bring up the properties dialog box of the respective component.
